Use our video upload form to submit your monthly contest entry. Videos will be reviewed by our team for contest requirements. Once videos are approved they are entered into the monthly contest to win a $100 Amazon Gift Card. See the contest rules below.
It's All About The Scenery
Video content should be focused on aerial scenery, and not people talking. We are not YouTube and do not want videos of people talking about how there aerial video was shot. Videos should be about the aerial photography and you may add music to the background. Additional text may be added as well to describe where the aerial video is being taken.

Contest Rules
PLEASE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE CONTEST RULES BEFORE UPLOADING AERIAL VIDEOS
Eligibility
- Participants: The contest is open to individuals aged 18 and above.
- Exclusions: Employees of Aerial Tour LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Submission Guidelines
- Content: Videos must be of aerial tours, helicopter rides, or scenic flights. They should showcase scenic views, unique perspectives, and the overall experience.
- Originality: Videos must be original and created by the participant. No copyrighted material or content from other sources is allowed.
- Format: Videos should be in MP4 format and not exceed 15 minutes in length.
- Quality: Videos should be in high definition (HD) or higher resolution.
- Language: Any dialogue or narration must be in English or have English subtitles.
Entry Process
- Submission: Upload your video to AerialTours.com, pending review.
- Information: Provide your full name, email address, and a brief description of the video (100 words max).
- Deadline: All entries must be submitted by the 20th of every month, to be entered into that month’s contest. Otherwise the video will be rolled over into the next month’s contest.
Judging Criteria
- Creativity: Unique and engaging presentation of the aerial tour or helicopter ride experience.
- Visual Appeal: Quality of the video, including clarity, composition, and scenic views.
- Storytelling: Ability to convey the experience and excitement of the aerial tour, helicopter ride, or scenic flight.
- Engagement: Level of engagement the video generates, such as likes, comments, and shares.
Prizes
- First Place: $100 Amazon Gift Card.
Winner Notification
- Announcement: Winners will be announced the last week of every month on our website and social media channels.
- Contact: Winners will be contacted via the email provided during submission. Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of notification.
Legal
- Rights: By entering the contest, participants grant Aerial Tour LLC the right to use, reproduce, and publish the submitted videos for promotional purposes.
- Liability: Aerial Tour LLC is not responsible for any technical issues, lost or misdirected entries, or other issues that may arise during the submission process.
- FAA Regulations: Aerial Tour LLC is not responsible for FAA regulatory compliance within each video. For example, airspace compliance and visual line of sight compliance. All FAR Part 107 regulations must be followed.
- Disqualification: Entries that do not comply with the rules will be disqualified.
Agreement
By entering this contest, participants agree to abide by these rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all respects.
